Company history at a glance
Pressure & Flow Control Industries (PFCI) roots traced back to 1975 when Mr B M Pandya & Mr J M Pandya incorporated a registered partnership firm ( Family partnership ) in the field of Manufacturing Instrumentation products for pressure & Vacuum measurements under the trade name PRECON®. PFCI operates from its headquarter located at 823 GIDC Industrial Estate, Makarpura, Vadodara 390 010, Gujarat ( West province of INDIA) which is well connected with Rail, Road & Air route. PFCI has a wide spread networks in nearly 20 countries
When This All Started
Pressure & Flow Control Industries (PFCI) roots traced back to 1975 when Mr B M Pandya & Mr J M Pandya incorporated a registered partnership firm ( Family partnership ) in the field of Manufacturing Instrumentation products for pressure & Vacuum measurements under the trade name PRECON®.
Second Generation Participated
the second generation actively participated in the organization and took over the leadership with firmness and modern vision. As a part of continual improvements in manufacturing of quality goods to meet customer’s requirements, PFCI has developed in house test equipment’s for testing its products in compliance with national and international standards
Signing contract with major investor
Proto Type Performance test for Gas Group IIA/IIB and IIC ( IS 2148-2004 equivalent EN ISO 60079) carried out for Flame Arrester as per IS 11006-1984 by Central Mining Research Institute (Council for Scientific & Industrial Research) GOVT of INDIA. In same year Petroleum & Explosive Safety Organization issued approval letter for use of Pre’con® Flame Arrester in their installation.
Complying International Standards
In 2008 by complying international standards and documents, PFCI was awarded ISO 9001 2000 certification by TUV Nord, Accredited by NABCB.
Certification
In 2009 Shop survey carried out by BVIS for Design, Manufacturing and in-house test facility for entire Pre’con® product range.In same year Proto Type Performance test for Gas Group IIA/IIB and IIC ( IS 2148-2004 equivalent EN ISO 60079) carried out for entire manufacturing range of Flame Arrester as per IS 11006-1984 by Central Mining & Fuel Research Institute (Council for Scientific & Industrial Research) GOVT of INDIA.In 2009 obtained venting capacity certification for all models of Breather valve, Emergency relief valves in accordance to API 2000 from BVIS.In 2009 PFCI is registered with leading Project Management Consultant M/s ENGINEERS INDIA LTD , TOYO GLOBAL,LINDE ENGINEERING INDIA LTD, TECHNIMONT (ITALY) , AKER Power Gas, PETRONAS ( MALAYSIA), PETROFAC ( UAE), PERTAMINA (INDONESIA), MOTT Macdonald, STATE COMPANY FOR OIL PROJECT (IRAQ) Etc.
Contract With Elite Home Group
PFCI was awarded contract with Elite home Group, Jordan. for various projects of State Company for Oil Projects (Iraq).
ISO Renewed
In 2011 ISO 9001-2008 is renewed by Underwriters Lab (UL) accredited by ANAB.
Performance Test by European Notified body
In 2015-2016 proto type performance test for different models of Flame Arrester conducted in accordance to ATEX directives 94/9/EC and 2014/34/EU by European Notified body
